A Few Words About Us

Since 1997

MITSUYA-DO meaning “the three arrows” was derived from an old Japanese tale of a feudal lord – Mori Motonari in the Sengoku Period. LEGEND OF MORI MOTENARI AND THE 3 ARROWS Mori presented each of his three sons with an arrow and then demonstrated that one arrow alone may be quite easily broken but when three arrows are held together their strength is more than tripled and they become virtually impossible to break. MITSUYADO believes that being able to hold on to the three arrows makes the brand stay strong and last long. MITSUYADO’S 3 Arrows (3 Basic Ideas): Product – consistently supply high quality and value products for customers Service– shows the real meaning of hospitality and customer care by heartful conversation while serving the guests which starts from welcoming the guests to having them finish their meal Situation– be able to showcase the concept of eating Ramen and Tsuke-men in a very different and exciting way while providing a comfortable, enjoyable, and valuable time for customers
